Synopsis:

Curbside Pick Up, Ordering and Drop Off Machines for Repair is here to stay and we have made it as simple and safe as possible for our Customers and Staff. We have plenty of parking spaces right in front of the pick up door.

The Ontario Government just lifted the Stay at Home Order for Peel and Toronto and we can open our doors again to the public with limited access starting Monday March 8, 2021

Our showroom will be open again with limited access at 25% capacity. Please don't come in large groups.

How our Curbside Operations Work:

We have plenty of parking spaces right in front of the pick up door.

Curbside Ordering:

You may enter our Main Entrance (Door #1) into our Vestibule and ring the bell on the inner door for service. We are not allowed to let you into the Showroom but we can help getting what you need to the door. Please keep questions short and limited as we are trying to help one customer at a time, thank you.

Curbside Pick up for Online Orders:

If you placed an order online and selected "Curbside Pickup" as your delivery method in step #3 during the check out, you will receive a confirmation email that your order is ready for pick up approximately 4 hours after you place it.

Please park near our Door #2 on the west side of our store along Tomken. Call us once you parked your car or ring the door bell.

Please stand back 6 feet to let us roll out your order on a cart and please have your order ID and photo ID available.

Curbside Pick up for Phone or email Orders:

If you placed an order by phone or email, we will confirm with you on the phone what time the order will be ready for pick up including pick up instructions.

Pick up Repaired Machines:

Once your machine is ready for pick up, we will let you know that you can pick up your machine and if there is any balance remaining for payment. You can pick up your machine at Door #2, just ring the bell upon arrival. We will roll out your machine on a cart.

Drop Off your Machine for Repair:

Please book an appointment ahead of time to allow us to prepare the necessary work order at:

We will follow up by email to let you know what the cost is ahead of time, unless it's a warranty case.

Temporary store hours for curbside pick up and drop off:

Monday to Wednesday  10AM to 4PM
Thursday and Friday      10AM to 6PM

Starting March 13 Saturday 11AM to 4PM

Sunday CLOSED
