Excellent quality tamper. easy to adjust and heavy enough to do a good job. Mine had no Joe Frex logo on it but I find it look's better like this.

There was a mismatch on my first online order at Espresso Planet and I ended up receiving someone else's order. However Espresso Planet's staff sorted it out quickly and emailed me even before I got the package. Mistakes happen, no big deal to me, but my surprise was when I finally got my order and saw that they apologized again for the wrong shipment and credited the amount 100% so I basically got my order for free!! I went to Espresso Planet to browse a few Espresso machines. The store has so many variety!!! Rene was very patient in answering all my "newbie" questions in the world of espresso.
