Shipping Costs

  

*Flavoured Syrups, Sauces and other heavy items are excluded from the above Free Shipping offer. Wholesale accounts are also excluded from this offer.  

Shipping cost is calculated based on order weight and is automatically applied at check-out. Orders that are over $30 before taxes, that are shipped within Canada, qualify for free shipping. We only ship with UPS or Canada Post at this time, from our store in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Customers ordering from the USA do not qualify for free shipping. Signature is only required on orders over $500, all purchases below $500 will not require a signature unless the customer has requested a signature in the customer note section when submitting your online order.

Some larger items may include free shipping and are usually indicated as such. However, you may still be charged duty, local taxes and customs brokerage by the courier companies for items that are shipped to the USA, even though the item is marked Free Shipping or you were charged a shipping fee (USA customers do not qualify for free shipping.) Certain locations, such as the Northwest Territories, Yukon, Labrador, Nunavut may be excluded from free shipping. If free shipping is available for your destination and products you ordered, it will be indicated as such. Make sure you select the shipping method that is indicated as free, usually this will be with Canada Post.

You don't need to create an account to find out shipping charges. Add your products to the cart and then click on "Checkout". Provide your City and Postal Code and you will be given several shipping methods including cost. If you identify unreasonably high shipping costs, please email us before you submit your order so we can review them! If multiple shipping options are not automatically displayed during check out, click "Display Shipping" to be presented with all shipping methods available to you.

We reserve the right to change Courier Companies based on destination and ordered products. Heavy and sensitive items may be upgraded to UPS.

Order Processing Times

  
At our discretion, we may perform a credit card verification prior to order processing, which can take up to 3 business days (depending on the accuracy of your provided information). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can release shipment for processed credit card orders. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our main warehouse. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.
Shipping operates Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. We strive to process your order as soon as possible, between 1-3 business days. When shipping is backlogged, your order may take an additional 1-2 days to ship. Once your order has been shipped and picked up by the couriers, tracking information will automatically be emailed to the email address provided on the order.

Back-Orders and Pre-Orders

  
Please review the product detail page for information about inventory status and delivery times. Items may be market with "More Coming Soon", "Pre-Order" or "Back-Order". If you purchase such market items, your credit card will be charged. We reserve the right to hold the entire order until we have all items in stock to ship the order in full.

You will receive an email asking what you would like to do in such a case.

You will have the option of a full refund, partial refund of the missing items or have us put your order on hold until we have all items in stock.

   

Express Shipping


 

Orders that arrive after 9AM Monday to Thursday will ship the following day, even if they are marked as express shipping. Please call us if you have placed a rush order so we can attend to processing the order immediately. Please Note: some orders placed Friday may be processed and shipped the following Monday. Generally orders are picked up around 3-4PM Monday to Friday. We have no control over the exact cut-off time for same day shipments.

 
Order Tracking

   
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking number, which is sent automatically to the email provided with the order. If you have an account, your tracking number can also be found under order history on your account, attached to the appropriate order.
If nothing else is specified on your order instructions, we will ship with either Canada Post or UPS expedited service level and the general transit times are:


Once we hand over your order to the selected courier company from our shipping dock, we have no control over transit times. Please check the terms and conditions of UPS and Canada Post. In the event of transit delays or lost packages, we will try to help you in the claims process with UPS or Canada Post. Please contact us ASAP. We will only issue a full refund for your order once we receive a confirmation that the claim has been approved by UPS or Canada Post.
 

Holiday Policies + Shipping


 

Our extended Holiday Return Policy: For purchases between November 15. and December 24, the extended return cut off is January 11. Orders placed after 1PM EST on December 22 and before 1PM EST on December 28 will be picked up by UPS or Canada Post on the evening of December 30. Orders placed following that day, will not be shipped until January 4, when we resume normal business hours.

Please note that UPS and Canada Post cannot guarantee on-time delivery during the Holiday Season. Place your order by December 14 Noon EST to make sure your shipment arrives in time. If you're a last minute shopper and want to order after December 14, please select a faster shipping method during check out. If you would like to use Regular/Expedited Canada Post Shipping, please order by December 11. We cannot guarantee out of province orders will arrive before Christmas.
